For this project, I branded a café, designed printed pieces and built a website.
Coffee Addiction was a coffee shop and restaurant in the Phibsboro neighbourhood of Dublin. They had recently undergone a change in ownership and management, and were looking for a new identity. They wanted to be known as a place to relax with coffee and friends in a calm, safe environment. The logo I designed features a frog relaxing in an umbrella and a comfy, welcoming typeface. The colours are a calming blue and a complimentary brown, which evokes the coffee theme. I applied their new branding to menus and loyalty cards, but other application examples follow. Attracting a younger audience was also one of their key objectives. Coffee Addiction did not have a website when I first started working with them, and this seemed critical for attracting new customers, especially younger ones. In order to create a good user experience, I sketched wireframes and made prototypes in order to get user feedback. A few screenshots from the website are included below.
